If you are a woman who wants to lose weight in a healthy way, you probably think it will take a lot of time and effort. That's not true! There are many healthy AND fast ways to lose weight. And here are a couple of them.

1. Lentils and Beans

Lentils and beans should be a staple in your diet. They contain copious amounts of fibre which is VITAL for weight loss.

Fibre is unique because it causes you to feel much more full off while eating much less food. This occurs through a type of reaction in your stomach.

There is obviously one huge advantage to this. Eating less means that you will be consuming less calories, therefore reducing the chances of further weight gain. Please note that I do NOT condone starving yourself to lose weight. That is definitely not a safe dieting practise!

The other advantage of fibre is that it completely cleans up your digestive tract. If you do not know this, yours is probably a mess. There is so much "stuff" (for lack of a better word) that gets stuck down there and will not come out on its own. Fibre will clean up this stuff (by pushing it all out) which will allow for much more efficient digestion.

2. Protein Shakes

Muscle burns MUCH more calories than fat. So how can you promote muscle growth?

Protein is the muscle builder. I recommend getting your protein intake with protein shakes since it is much easier (and healthier) than scarfing down a steak a day! Many protein shakes taste great too!

Remember, a faster metabolism is vital if you are going to succeed. Simple as that.

It will increase the success of your weight loss efforts exponentially. Without boosting your metabolism, you are missing out on TONS of results.
